Sri Lanka’s Foreign Policy: Choices in a Changing World (http://www.slforeignpolicy2017.lk) was an event organised in 2017 by the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations and Strategic Studies (LKI). As noted on the website at the time of its archival, the seminar is described as,
“…a landmark event on Sri Lanka’s foreign policy, which will proceed in two parts. It will begin with a half-day seminar on the morning of 28 June 2017, supported by Hemas Holdings PLC, on Emerging Issues in the Indian Ocean, and will be followed by the Sri Lanka Foreign Policy Forum on 28-29 June 2017.”
Since this is a static site anchored to a single event, I will not return to it later. It’s value for posterity lies in the many papers, PowerPoint presentations and abstracts given by those who spoke at it.
