The Western Region Megapolis Planning Project is a large urban development initiative under the Wickremesinghe goverment.
At the time of writing, the website dedicated to the project was located at http://wrmpp.gov.lk.
The first complete archive of this site was taken on 12 January 2016 (ZIP file).
After months of being dysfunctional, the site once again became active around the end of June, early July 2016, and with a face lift plus updated content.
